1937 A.J. Iversen for Kaj Gottlob Deco Lounge Chair Original Fabric
$0.00
Early midcentury Danish high back lounge chair handcrafted at A.J. Iversen for Danish architect Kaj Gottlob. The chair was exhibited in 1937 at the Københavns Snedkerlaugs Møbeludstillinger exhibitions in Copenhagen. Its features include a solid wood frame with two layers of copper coil springs that move both horizontally and vertically, horsehair with cotton padding, and upholstery in original red wool. Newly added leather arms conceal minor wear and preserve the original fabric. Very comfortable chair.
